Mechanical treatment floor

The mechanical treatment floor is equipped with high-precision metal cutting equipment including:

• CNC horizontal machining centers by KITAMURA and HAAS;
• VMC-1000 and VMC-600 vertical machining centers by HARDINGE;
• A wide range of milling machines by MAHO.

Turning is represented by:

• BOLEY high-precision machining centers;
• NUMERIC CNC A42PLUS one spindle turning automatic lathes;
• HAAS TL-15 double spindle turning automatic lathes.

The floor offers multi-axis boring, grinding, polishing, finishing, thermal treatment, machining of dusting materials in a special area.  

The floor has time-proven experience and reputable expertise in production of high vacuum chambers and high vacuum system components in 12Х18Н10Т and 36НХТЮ steels including machining and welding procedures. We put into production copper water-cooled current leads with soldering and welding of oxygen-free copper.
