The WEB-Application “Contract-Order” integrates in a single portal the modules of contract preparation, planning of salable production, financial management, materials accounting at the finished products warehouse, materials accounting of semi-finished products of own manufacture. When using the module, the contract preparation process and work with the contract concluded are significantly simplified and become controllable, predictable and manageable. Risks of contract documents coordination terms exceeding are reduced since the contract coordination passes through all necessary participants of the process with checking the coordination terms. The module provides for the centralized storage of contractual information and allows flexibly distinguish the information access rights. According to the access right the application also provides for the WEB-reports on different informational resources of the enterprise.
WEB-reports allow representation of the informational resources in the most various forms. Thanks to synthesis of XML and HTML technologies a high flexibility of documents is achieved, and the usage of links mechanism makes them fully-featured navigators through the informational resources. The WEB-report provides for automatic reception and updating of the electronic informational panels from different informational sources on-line as of the latest date. The WEB-report serves as an integrated user interface for different business-processes, thus providing reception, processing and display of data both from the data bases and from the other informational sources. The usage of the WEB-reports extends possibilities of the other applications since to review them it is sufficient to have Internet Explorer 7 (and higher). Limitation by a number of users, intrinsic to the majority of the enterprise management systems, is negotiated by the WEB-documents general availability.

The module “Contracts preparation” is intended for automation of the enterprise subdivisions activities, engaged in the work with contracts. This module allows conducting the whole cycle of works on the contract, beginning with the stage of considering the commercial offer and contract preparation and ending with its closing date. Besides, the stages of the contract execution and payment are monitored and there is a possibility to find all the related documents. The module “Contracts” carries out the following functional tasks:
- Introduction of contract information;
- Distinguishing the contract stages;
- Preparation of the contract specification in the form of an order;
- Review of information on payments and execution of the contract;
- Review of the documents related to the contract;
- Preparation of the report forms.
The module of the contracts preparation provides for the work with the customers, preparation of financial and material agreements with them and checking the execution of these agreements.
The up-to-date information on execution of contracts and on debts helps making the optimum decision for business development.
Preparation of the contract specifications in the commercial product register standard allows reservation of the required products in the semi-product warehouses and compilation of the sales statistics.
Implementation of the contracts preparation module increases efficiency of the enterprise management, allows carrying out the analysis of the products realization by different criteria.
The module “Planning of salable production” is intended for organization of the planning process at the enterprise. It helps keeping the planes for the enterprise activities both at the current stage and for the long-term period.
Implemented in the module is performance of the following functions:
- Generation of the perspective plan (based on the information about potential orders);
- Generation of the production plans, schedules, tasks;
- Calculation of the plan cost indicators;
- Monitoring of the plans and tasks execution;
- Receipt of information about production provision with materials and component parts;
- Preparation of the report forms on the progress.
At the end of the month, taking into account the accomplishment (module “Finished products warehouse”), the plan for next 3 months is generated. Implementation of the module allows forecasting the situation at the enterprise. Three-month plan is a basis for economical analysis of the enterprise services functioning.

The module of the financial management represents a tool for input and correction of financial operations. At that, there is a possibility of importation from the “Client-Bank” program. Financial payments can be subdivided by different articles and orders. Financial operations and state of the enterprise accounts are kept. The invoices are drawn up and submitted to the accounting department following the operations conducted. The module “Financial management” is intended for evaluation of financial state of the enterprise and determination of its development perspectives. It functions to solve the following tasks:
- Analysis of financial activity of the enterprise in the current and past periods;
- Planning of financial flows for the short-term and long-term perspective;
- Generation of the payment schedule of the enterprise;
- Monitoring of settlements with counteragents;
- Analysis of the planned financial indicators realization;
- Preparation of the routine reporting on the financial activity of the enterprise.
Implementation of the module makes it possible to check timely payment of the orders by the customer, to forecast receipts, to analyze financial flows and condition.

The module of materials accounting at the finished products warehouse makes it possible to carry out receipts and expenditures operations; at that, the shipping documents and invoices are drawn up in the form established by the legislation, if necessary. Invoices are exported to the accounting department.
The cumulative and detailed information on operations and residual stock in the warehouses is submitted.
