Production management complex
The system represents an automated element (software-hardware complex) of control over the small-size and medium-size production of the machine-building and instrument-making complex enterprises, integrating the process preparation of production, current calendar planning and supervisory control of the manufactured parts and assembly unit condition. The system comprises:
Implementation of module of the design-engineering preparation of production provides for rational organization of engineering works; increase of technological processes standardization level; automation of technological documents development processes; complete set stability excluding repeated development of documents; possibility of the technological documentation interchange without re-issue; increase of accessories and tool unification level.
Implementation of the module will provide for planning of the production program with account of actual equipment serviceability and utilization, at any depth, from a single machine to a shop; the actual use of production capacities, serviceability of the machine tool holding is taken into consideration at planning. Analytical possibilities of the module will allow calculating the necessary increase or decrease of the production capacities; estimating the actual terms of complex parts manufacture in different modes, at single-, two- and three-shift operation.
Implementation of the module will provide for creation of the operation route charts by all launch lots, as well as monitoring their passing through the work stations; composition and automatic correction of planning schedule for manufacture of the part complete sets with checking readiness of each launch lot; creation of work cards for the performed and running technological operations, checking the card output process according to the production schedule. The reporting section of the module allows looking through the production process and execution of the production program by shops, areas, and tasks.> |
