WEB-Application “Service Center”

The application offers an opportunity of acceptance for repair and shipment of the repaired articles. The accounting of articles under repair and various classification and statistics of repairs is kept in the application. When the article is sent for repair, the information on its manufacturing date is downloaded from the “Contract-Order” system, which helps determining the guarantee status. There is a section of the “Contract-Order” system reports where the cumulative information on repairs is represented. The application “Service Center” is intended for automation of business-processes aimed at execution of guarantee and scheduled repairs by the orders of physical and legal entities.


Business tasks on accounting of regular and guarantee repairs are solved by means of the following:


  • input and tracking the Repair Chart status;
  • Repair Log keeping;
  • system of employees annunciation on assignment of repair works to them;
  • drawing-up of applications for spare parts and delivery of spare parts with indication in stock bookkeeping;
  • special operations upon repair completion;
  • drawing-up of the guarantee reports for the Manufacturers;
  • processing of information received from the Manufacturers.
