Crystal growth equipment

Development of the crystal growth equipment and process control systems (PCS) is carried out on the scientific basis of the results obtained during the study of heat- and mass-transfer of the processes of melt crystallization, dynamic characteristics of the crystal-melt systems, actual testing of the equipment systems and materials used. Investigations are constantly held both in the own Laboratory of Crystal Growth at EZAN, the specialists of which carry out management of the equipment development together with research groups in the Institutes of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
