Transistor frequency converters

Transistor frequency converters (generators) are modern semiconductor devices with IGBT modules in the power channel and signal microprocessors in the control channel, equipped with all necessary protections and interlocks.

High performance of the devices is ensured by modern hardware components and effective management mechanisms. The generators were specially designed for single-crystal growth apparatus, thin-film deposition apparatus by MOCVD and VPE methods, plasma thin-film deposition and etching apparatus, etc.
