SpectralWave C-Node

The SpectralWave C-Node multiplexer is a compact multi-service (STM-1/STM-4) multiplexer designed for mobile communication transport networking, data transfer networking, corporate transport networking, etc.

The C-Node supports networks of various topologies including linear, ring or hybrid topologies. Besides, the system is compatible with multi-ring configurations.

The C-Node offers various types of interface packages such as STM-1/4, 45/34/2M, Fast Ethernet.

The system can be easily upgraded from STM-1 to STM-4 system by replacing or adding relative modules.

C-Node features:

• Layer-2 switched service;
• Capable of carrying V-Node/V-Node S compatible compact optical modules;
• Fault-tolerant network available through power supply input redundancy;
• Integrated management with EZAN’s and NEC’s other products.

• STM-4 (Max. 4 ports);
• STM-1 (Max. 10 ports);
• 34 or 45 Mbit/s (Max. 12 ports);
• 2 Mbit/s (Max. 128 ports);
• FastEthernet 10/100Base-TX LAN (Max. 16 ports);
• FastEthernet 10/100Base-TX WAN (Max. 16 ports).

Cross connect capacity and level:

• 16x16 VC-4;
• 1008x1008 VC-12;
• VC-12-1v to VC-12-63v concatenation

Built-in Orderwire:

• 2-wire analog telephone;
• User channel;

Housekeeping interfaces:

• Housekeeping alarm interface (8 ports);
• Housekeeping control interface (4 ports).

Power requirements:

• -38.4V to -72V DC

Shelf dimensions:

• 88х482х300;
• Shelves are mounted in open or closed single side access 19" racks.
