Tests of automated equipment NIKA-PROFILE

EZAN & Rostoks-N" has successfully completed test of new, having no analogues in Russia, automated equipment NIKA-PROFILE for growing large single crystals of synthetic corundum (sapphire) by Stepanov method. Mass production of sapphire ribbons size 300x170x15 mm started.Also first experimental samples of single crystals of size 500x250x15 mm was obtained and now have been preparing for production.

The up-to-date horizontal boring machine HBM-4 manufactured by Buffalo Company has been commissioned to allow us high-accuracy manufacture of chambers of up to 1500 mm in diameter and up to 1800 mm in height.

International project SESAME

EZAN was invited to take part in the international consortium on development of the up-to-date energy efficiency enabling systems – SESAME (SEmantic SmArt Metering – Enablers for Energy Efficiency); the mail role of the factory in this project consists in development and production of Data Acquisition and Transmission Devices.

Innovative business in Russia

The Minister of Economic Development, Mrs. Elvira Nabiullina, the Minister of Science and Education, Mr. Andrey Fursenko and the General Director of ROSNANO, Mr. Anatoly Chubais, have discussed the problems of the innovative business in Russia. The meeting took place in Chernogolovka in the RAS Innovation Center.
